British footballer Lucy Bronze has been named the newest ambassador for the National Autistic Society, following in the footsteps of personalities including Chris Packham and Christine McGuinness.

Bronze, who was diagnosed with autism in 2021, commented 'I'm proud to be part of an organisation that empowers autistic people to unlock their full potential - who knows, maybe even stepping onto the pitch to play for England one day!'.
